NVRAM - Your Westinghouse water treatment system keeps all your water quality and system capacity settings safe in its NVRAM (non-volatile random-access memory), just like a regular computer. So, if the power goes out for a few days or even weeks, don’t sweat it. You won’t need to call a technician just to get it running again.
Backup Power - More good news! All Westinghouse refiners come with their own reliable backup power. If the power goes out, a small coin cell lithium battery will keep the system monitored for up to 8 hours.
